The personal data that can be provided to MCH Private Equity through its Website, will be included in a file called “CUSTOMER AND SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT FILE”, owned by MCH Private Equity, in order to manage the relationship with us and keep you informed of our products and services in the sense of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data.

To exercise these rights and in compliance with Instruction 1/1998, of January 19, of the Data Protection Agency, it is necessary that you prove your personality to MCH Private Equity, by sending a photocopy of National Identity Document or any other means valid in Law.
MCH Private Equity agrees that all communications of your personal data are considered confidential, and will not be communicated at any time to third parties unrelated to the contractual relationship between them and the companies. These data will not be transferred unless said transfer is covered by a legal obligation or when the provision of a service implies the need for a contractual relationship with a processor, in which case, the assignment will only be possible if express consent is available of the User.
MCH Private Equity reserves the right to unilaterally modify their privacy policy, always in accordance with current legal regulations, without affecting the processing of their data. Interested parties will be informed of the change immediately so that they can exercise the rights they consider appropriate.
