Madrid, October 25th, 2022 –  Logalty Group, a leading company in the Legaltech and Regtech sector in Spain with technological solutions for digital identification, notification and electronic contracting, has acquired Firmaprofesional in order to strengthen its portfolio of services in the field of qualified electronic signatures, digital identification and trust services and to continue consolidating its position as the leading Legaltech and Regtech player.

With more than 1,000 clients, Firmaprofesional is a leading company in the market of trust service providers and offers a wide range of technological solutions focused on certification, qualified electronic signature and digital identification against third parties. This acquisition means the integration of Firmaprofesional’s 20 years of experience within the Logalty Group. Both companies are complementary in terms of geographic areas, technologies, clients and solutions, allowing the group to expand its client portfolio among Public Administrations and, especially, in the healthcare and education sectors. Likewise, Firmaprofesional’s team of 45 professionals, distributed in its offices in Barcelona and Madrid, joins the group.

BlueBull, an investment bank specialized in technology company transactions, has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Firmaprofesional’s shareholders. Logalty has been advised by KPMG in the Due Diligence part, EY Parthenon in the technical part and Uría Menéndez as legal advisor.
